Returns and Refunds Policy

At Nyla Camps, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.

Returns requested outside of this time frame may not be accepted.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging 

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for the pickup or return process.


3. Refund Process

Since we only accept Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed as follows:

  • If your return is approved, we will coordinate to issue a cash refund at the time of product pickup or through an agreed-upon method.

  • Refunds will only be made to the same person who placed the order.

  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process after approval.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products returned without prior approval


5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order.
